Bind an approved new wallet to the verified beneficiary, with independent checks and a period for objections.

Release their funds.

Distribute the personal reserve according to its governing terms, in stages or in full. Care payments remain separately accounted for.

Identity can be re-established.

This is a future-facing design, not a promise of revival or a guarantee of legal recognition. Real distributions would depend on applicable law, governing documents and verified authority.

Is KEHF a cryonics provider?

No. KEHF is a proposed software and payment infrastructure layer for cryonics organizations, fund managers and patient representatives. Preservation and medical decisions remain with qualified providers.

Can revival funds already be planned for?

Revival trust structures have been described by specialist advisers. KEHF proposes a digital authorization and payment layer that could integrate with an appropriate legal structure. It does not create legal entitlement by itself. Read the Becker & House overview ↗

What does a sensor record actually prove?

A signed record and its on-chain hash can help reveal later alteration. They do not prove that a sensor was accurate or that care was adequate. Calibration, independent review and visible data gaps remain necessary. Sensitive raw data stays off-chain.

Can a blockchain really last a century?

No network, asset or key should be assumed permanent. KEHF's proposed design includes governed key rotation, successor administrators, maintained contract storage, independent archives and a migration policy. Long-term assets need qualified stewardship beyond an on-chain payment balance.

What happens if a provider closes or a claim is disputed?

Governing documents must name successor roles and define dispute handling. A disputed personal distribution can be held for review while essential care follows its separate emergency policy. A missing sensor reading should never automatically cut off essential care funding.
